Mum would make crunchy nutties when we were kids. Here’s the recipe for nutties 🙂


  • Chocolate: 250 gms
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Cashew: 50 gms
  • Raisins: 50 gms
  • Walnuts: 50 gms


Take chocolate in a bowl and melt over double boiler.

Add melted ghee and mix well. Place the bowl in a pan of ice – cubes.

Mix in the nuts. Spread butter on a tray and place small balls of chocolate mixture on it.

Allow it to cool
